Four commitments that separate a properly trained sump pump installation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Undersized pumps are one of the most common causes of preventable flooding we get called out to fix — we size for your actual conditions.
Trucks carry commonly-needed pump models and basin liners in stock, so a failed unit can often be replaced on the first visit.
No upsell pressure toward the most expensive pump on the truck — we recommend based on your actual pit conditions and water volume.
Primary pumps fail silently more often than people expect — a battery backup with a water-sensing alarm catches that failure before it becomes a flood.
Each service below is scoped specifically to sump pump installation, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
Installation includes a properly sealed basin lid, check valve to prevent backflow, and discharge line routed well away from the foundation. Pit liners are set in washed gravel for stable seating and long-term reliability.
We size the backup to match your primary pump's capacity, not a mismatched unit that can't actually keep pace during a real event.
Where municipal water pressure is reliable, a water-powered backup pump offers unlimited runtime without relying on battery charge — a solid option for extended power outages.
In colder months, discharge lines are checked for freeze-prone routing and can be fitted with a freeze-guard fitting to prevent backup during winter storms.
Smart monitoring add-ons send alerts directly to your phone, useful for basements you don't check daily or properties you manage remotely.
Here's the path from your call to a fully installed and load-tested pump.
Active flooding or a confirmed failed pump moves to priority same-day dispatch across Lemont, IL.
Technicians confirm your pit size and existing discharge routing before recommending a specific pump model.
We calculate your basin's actual inflow rate and recommend pump horsepower and switch type accordingly, explained in terms you can evaluate.
Every installation is tested under load before the technician leaves, confirming the float switch activates and the pump clears water at the expected rate.

"Our old pump died during a storm at 2am and they had someone out replacing it by that afternoon."
"They actually calculated our pit's inflow rate instead of just selling us whatever pump was on the truck. Appreciated the honesty."
"Battery backup they installed kept us dry during a multi-hour outage last winter — would've flooded otherwise."
"Quote was broken down clearly, pump versus labor versus the backup system, so we could decide what fit our budget."
